We are a driven Dutch couple with a passion for real estate, service, and quality. After many years of experience in the Netherlands, we made a conscious decision to start a new chapter in sunny Spain. Here on the beautiful Costa Blanca, we use our expertise to provide full-service property and rental management for holiday homeowners.

 

 

Our Background

 

With a strong sense of hospitality, a practical mindset, and attention to detail, we help property owners enjoy their investment without stress or hassle.

 

Silvion has over 10 years of experience in financial administration at PwC and works independently in the construction sector. He specializes in kitchen installations and small-scale renovations, including bathrooms, ceilings, and pre-installation work. In Amsterdam, he successfully flipped several properties—buying, renovating, and selling homes for profit. His unique combination of technical skills, financial insight, and entrepreneurial mindset makes him a solid partner in property management.

 

His partner Asha worked for over 10 years as an executive assistant at PwC, supporting partners with scheduling, bookings, and professional communication. For the past eight years, she has been Office Manager at an investment firm, overseeing the daily office operations, agenda planning, guest reception, and internal coordination. Her experience has shaped her into a highly structured, service-oriented professional with a strong background in hospitality and client communication—making her the ideal point of contact for both property owners and tenants.
